If you create a PvP character, are they a member of your chosen guild?

Are these PvP characters not allowed into the game map?

Guild halls are for PvP right? so whent the time comes for guild on guild action, does that take place in the game world, and if so does your PvP player take part or your PvE?

Sorry to have asked questions probably asked many times, but I couldn't get the search to bring anything up, so any info at all is greatly appreciated...

All characters in your account belong to the same guild. Regardless of whether they are PvE or PvP. Guild Halls are are generally considered to be for for GvG battles which are used to determine your guilds ranking. PvP is the more generic term for any of the player versus player battles.(Arena, Tombs)
Guild versus guild action takes place in one of the Guild Halls (Instanced of course) Which hall is chosen is determined by the computer. I believe the lower ranked team defends their hall. The higher ranked team must capture the hall(not permanently just for the battle) by killing your Guild Leader(an NPC assigned to your hall, not the player leader) Perhaps a more experienced GvG player can confirm this. Our guild hasn't earned it's hall yet.

As answered plus -

Insta made PVP toons (at create screen if choose pvp) are not allowed onto map it will stop you and say you cant.
